FASTER DISPLAYS

A faster way to get retail-ready

A Faster Display is a high-impact retail FSDU designed to be set up by one person, without tools, within 60 seconds — and normally in under 30 seconds. That timing covers assembly of the empty display; filling it with stock is separate.

Faster Displays are made for campaigns where store teams need to move quickly without compromising product presentation. The format removes complicated assembly and does not require tools, helping an empty unit go from packed to display-ready in less than a minute.

The structure is not a one-size-fits-all product. P&D can adapt the display around the product, campaign and retail environment so that speed of setup is combined with the required shelf layout, load capacity and branded finish.

Setup in 60 seconds or less

One person can set up the empty display without tools in no more than 60 seconds. Under normal conditions, setup takes less than 30 seconds.

These timings relate only to assembling the display. The time needed to unpack and load the products will depend on the stock and the campaign.

Designed around the required shelf load

Faster Displays currently support an evenly distributed load of 20 kg per shelf. Where a campaign needs greater capacity, the structure can often be strengthened, with some configurations supporting an evenly distributed load of more than 30 kg per shelf.

The correct capacity depends on the individual display specification. Shelves can be engineered for different capacities within the same display and for products that create an uneven load. P&D confirms the appropriate construction and loading arrangement before manufacture.

One person, no tools, within 60 seconds and normally in under 30 seconds for the empty display.

Adapted around the product, campaign, shelf arrangement, loading requirements and brand presentation.

EB flute card is the only component, so no plastic parts need to be removed before card recycling.

Made from one recyclable material

Faster Displays are manufactured from EB flute card, using recycled card where possible. Card is the only component and no plastics are used in the manufacturing process.

At the end of the campaign, the complete display can enter the card recycling stream. It does not need to be dismantled and there are no different material components for the retailer to separate.

Made for the campaign, not taken from a shelf

A Faster Display can be developed around the product dimensions, weight, quantity and visual identity of the campaign. This makes it suitable for time-sensitive launches, seasonal promotions and larger retail rollouts where simple store installation matters.

To start a brief, it is useful to provide:

  • product dimensions and weight;
  • the number of products required on each shelf;
  • the preferred display footprint and number of shelves;
  • campaign artwork or brand guidelines;
  • the number of displays and delivery locations; and
  • the required in-store date.

P&D can then recommend the structure, material and loading arrangement appropriate to the campaign.

Faster Display questions

How quickly can a Faster Display be set up?

One person can set up the empty display without tools within 60 seconds. Under normal conditions, it takes less than 30 seconds. Stock filling is not included in these timings.

Are tools required?

No. The display is designed for tool-free setup by one person.

How much weight can each shelf support?

The current capacity is an evenly distributed load of 20 kg per shelf. The structure can often be strengthened for heavier products, and some configurations support an evenly distributed load of more than 30 kg per shelf. Individual shelves can also be engineered for different capacities or uneven loads.

Are plastics used to manufacture the display?

No. Faster Displays are manufactured from EB flute card, using recycled card where possible. Card is the only component.

Does the display need to be dismantled for recycling?

No. The complete single-material display can enter the card recycling stream without being dismantled or separated into different components.

Can the design be customised?

Yes. The format can be adapted to the product, campaign, required shelf arrangement and brand presentation rather than being limited to one standard display.

Plan a Faster Display

Tell P&D what the display needs to hold, where it will be used and when it needs to be in store. The team can recommend a fast-setup structure suited to the campaign.
